Where do you ship to?

Currently shipping to only the USA and Canada and hoping to expand to more countries shortly!

I want to cancel my order, how do I do that?

Unfortunately, I do not currently take any cancellations or refunds for your order. Most likely, I have already started working on your order, and everything is made to order. Meaning I will have stock of earrings that I shouldn't if your order has been cancelled. 

I accidentally put the wrong address, can it be changed?

Please message me as soon as you notice it is the wrong address, I will do my best to make sure that the address is changed.

If an order is being returned to me due to an insufficient address or other issue including delivery, it is you the buyers responsibility to pay for shipping again to have your order redelivered to you.

Be sure to double check those addresses before you submit your order!

My order was marked delivered, but I did not receive it, what do I do?

Once I take a package to the post office, it is no longer in my possession, and thus out of my control. If your order says delivered and you do not receive it, or if tracking info has not been updated in a couple of weeks I recommend reaching out to your local post office and ask them for updates and more information. Or file a claim with USPS before contacting me!

I want to return or cancel my order

I currently DO NOT accept and refund/returns. All items are made to order, with you in mind. As this business is my only income, I cannot accept any refunds, returns or order cancellations at this time.

My order has not shipped, I'd like to cancel it!

Once your order has been place, odds are your order been started to be made, whether that be in ordering extra inventory to make sure the order can be made, laser cut, or painted. No order cancellations are available at this time.

Earring Care

My earring came apart during shipping, what do I do?

Due to rough transport, sometimes your earrings can come apart during transport. I promise they aren't sent that way!

How to fix: Locate jump ring, (small hoop) and bend back enough to slide both earring charm and/or earring hook back on to jump ring. Close jump ring back up and go show off your new earrings!

If your earrings have received large damage, please email me!

Can my acrylic earrings get wet?

I do not recommend long and extended wears that may result in swimming, showering, or other instances where your earrings may possibly get wet. Although acrylic is a very strong and durable material, I do not recommend wearing them anywhere they may face harsh conditions. 

What should I do with my earrings when I am not using/wearing them?

The earrings you recieve are not unlike little art pieces and should be treated as such!

Earrings should be stored somewhere safe when not in use. I recommend on an earring stand, a jewelry box, or even the shipping box that you earrings will originally come in would work great! 

All BRASS earrings or earrings that may contain brass findings should be stored in an airtight or safe container when not in use. Brass is subject to tarnishing simply just due to what it is made of. If your brass earrings do ever tarnish, I recommend purchasing a brass polisher to use on them to keep them nice and fresh!

Replacements will not be made for lack of earrings care. My dog ate my earring is not an excuse!

Other

I have sensitive ears and I am allergic to nickel earring posts, will your earrings hurt my ears?

My earring hooks are made of 100% brass and are nickel free! Perfect and comfortable for those of us with more sensitive ears!

I don't have my ears pieced, do you have clip ons?

Yes! All earrings in my shop can have the hardware exchanged for cup ons instead of hooks/studs. Please leave a note at checkout and I'll be sure to get the hardware switched!
